Solution · AI Front Desk
An AI front desk that picks up calls, texts and web chats in your business’s voice, books the appointment and logs it — while your team is busy or gone for the day.
In plain English
An AI front desk is a voice and text assistant that answers your business’s phone line, SMS and website chat. It follows your own scripts and rules to answer common questions, book or reschedule appointments, send confirmations and hand anything unusual to a person — around the clock.
A good fit if…
What it does
Answers in your business’s voice, follows your scripts, and texts a summary when it matters.
Checks real availability, books or reschedules, and sends confirmations and reminders.
Every call and message is logged with the details, so nothing lives only in someone’s head.
Emergencies, complaints and anything outside the rules go straight to a person you choose.

Maria’s AC dies on a 98° evening. She grabs her phone and calls the first HVAC company she finds.
How we set it up
We review what people actually call about and how your team answers today.
Scripts, booking rules, prices you choose to share and hand-off rules — approved by you.
Linked to your phone number, calendar and CRM, then tested on real scenarios before going live.
We review conversations, fix gaps and keep the answers current as your business changes.
Pilot first
The example above is illustrative. For your business we begin with a free AI audit, then a pilot on the part that matters most — so you see it working before going further.

FAQ
You decide how it introduces itself. We recommend being upfront — callers mostly care that someone picked up and solved their problem.
No. Calls can be forwarded to the AI from your existing number — always, after hours only, or when nobody picks up.
It follows your hand-off rules: transfer to a person, take a detailed message, or text you right away for anything urgent.
Yes. It can answer in the languages your customers use, following the same rules in each.
A first version usually runs within a few weeks of the audit, starting with the calls that matter most and expanding from there.
