Specialty pharmacy

Texas

Three systems, one source of truth

The problem: Pharmacy software, PBM remittances and payment summaries never agreed. Finding short-paid and unpaid prescriptions meant weeks of manual cross-checking in spreadsheets.
What we built: A desktop app that ingests all three sources, matches every prescription, compares expected and actual payment claim by claim, and builds payment cascades by month.
The result: Month-end reconciliation became a one-click run, with short and unpaid claims visible instead of buried.

Day spa

Dallas–Fort Worth

The problem: Commissions, tips, card-fee deductions and reassigned services were calculated by hand every pay period, and signed membership agreements were hard to retrieve.
What we built: Automated payroll pulling live service data, applying commission and tip rules, and producing review-ready PDF and Excel reports; on-demand signed-agreement records.
The result: Payroll became a review step instead of a rebuild, with rule changes handled in one place.

Multi-location restaurant

The problem: Paper shift schedules, hours and delivery-platform tips merged by hand every pay period, catch-up bookkeeping, and a menu that existed only as a photo.
What we built: A PIN time-clock kiosk with live staff status, a weekly shift scheduler, automated payroll and tip sheets per location, bookkeeping that stays current, and an AI menu reader that turns a menu photo into a structured digital menu with dish images.
The result: One system instead of paper, texts and spreadsheets — with payroll that is consistent and auditable every period.

The problem: Outdated sites that were hard to update, slow, and invisible in search.
What we built: Fast modern websites with online booking, auto-synced social content, SEO-ready blogs, and ongoing hosting and management.
The result: Sites the owners never have to think about, kept fresh automatically.
