Solution · Customer Reactivation
AI spots the customers who’ve gone quiet and reaches out personally — the right message, at the right moment, never spammy.
In plain English
Customer reactivation means finding past customers who have stopped coming back and inviting them to return with a timely, personal message. AI makes it practical for a small business by watching visit history, choosing who to contact and drafting messages that sound like you.
A good fit if…
What it does
Finds who hasn’t returned based on their own usual rhythm, not one fixed cutoff.
Messages in your tone that reference what they actually bought or booked.
A clear next step — a link to book or an offer you approve.
See who your best regulars are and who is at risk of drifting.
See it work
An illustrative scenario — names and figures are examples, not a client.

Thursday

01 / 06Thursday, 2 PM
Lena’s salon is booked solid on weekends, but weekday afternoons are quiet — and clients who used to come every six weeks just… stopped.
How we set it up
Visit or purchase history from your booking system or POS.
Who to contact, how often, which offers — and who never to message.
You review sample messages until they sound like you.
Messages go out on schedule and you see who came back.
Pilot first
The example above is illustrative. For your business we begin with a free AI audit, then a pilot on the part that matters most — so you see it working before going further.
